- 1 cup split yellow lentils (toor dal)
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste

- Instructions:
- Rinse the lentils and cook them with tomatoes, onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and turmeric powder until soft.
- In a separate pan, heat A2 Gir Cow Ghee and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
- Add red chili powder and immediately pour this tadka over the cooked lentils.
- Stir in garam masala and salt. Simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve the A2 Ghee Tadka Dal with rice or roti.
