1. A2 Ghee Tadka Dal:
    • Ingredients:
      • 1 cup split yellow lentils (toor dal)
      • 2 tomatoes, chopped
      • 1 onion, finely chopped
      • 2 green chilies, slit
      • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
      • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
      • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
      • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
      • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
      • Salt to taste

      • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
    • Instructions:
      1. Rinse the lentils and cook them with tomatoes, onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, and turmeric powder until soft.
      2. In a separate pan, heat A2 Gir Cow Ghee and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter.
      3. Add red chili powder and immediately pour this tadka over the cooked lentils.
      4. Stir in garam masala and salt. Simmer for a few minutes.

  2. A2 Ghee Vegetable Biryani:
    • Ingredients:
      • 1 cup basmati rice, soaked
      • Assorted vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes, etc.)
      • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
      • 2 tomatoes, chopped
      • 1/2 cup yogurt
      • 1/4 cup A2 Gir Cow Ghee
      • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
      • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
      • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
      • Whole spices (bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cardamom, cloves)
      • Salt to taste
      • Fresh coriander and mint leaves for garnish
    • Instructions:
      1. Parboil the soaked rice and set aside.
      2. In a pan, heat A2 Gir Cow Ghee and sauté sliced onions until golden brown.
      3. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes, and vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are slightly tender.
      4. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, and yogurt. Cook for a few more minutes.
      5. In a separate pot, layer the parboiled rice and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle whole spices and additional A2 Gir Cow Ghee between the layers.
      6. Cover and cook on low heat until the rice is fully cooked. Garnish with fresh coriander and mint leaves before serving.
  3. A2 Ghee Methi Thepla:
    • Ingredients:
      • 2 cups whole wheat flour
      • 1 cup fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), chopped
      • 1/4 cup yogurt
      • 2 tablespoons A2 Gir Cow Ghee
      • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
      • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
      • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
      • Salt to taste
      • Water (as needed)
    • Instructions:
      1. In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, yogurt, A2 Gir Cow Ghee, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
      2. Knead the mixture into a soft dough, adding water as needed.
      3. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin, round thepla.
      4. Cook the theplas on a hot griddle, applying A2 Gir Cow Ghee on both sides until golden brown.
      5. Serve the A2 Ghee Methi Thepla with yogurt or pickles.
